Thank you for shopping with Ornascent! We are committed to delivering your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below:
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
- All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation.
- Standard delivery time is 3–5 working days from dispatch.
- Customised or made-to-order products may take up to 12 days for delivery.
- Working days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹249.
- A nominal shipping charge of ₹50 will apply to orders below ₹249.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for all orders across India.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking details.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to track and receive the shipment once it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Delivery Issues
- If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your parcel, please notify us at help@ornascent.com within 24 hours.
- Delays in reporting may make it difficult for us to investigate with our courier partners.
Cancellations & Changes
- Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.
- We are unable to change the shipping address or delivery method after the order has been confirmed.
