How do I place an order?

Browse our website, add your favourite pieces to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter your shipping details and complete the payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders in India.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed. Please double-check your details before confirming.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days from dispatch. Customised pieces may take up to 12 days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Shipping is free on all orders above ₹249. Orders below ₹249 incur a nominal charge of ₹50.

Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery)?

Yes, COD is available across India.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking link. You can follow your shipment’s progress there.

We offer a 7-day return/exchange window from the date of delivery for damaged, defective, or missing items.

Can I return customised jewellery?

Customised or personalised items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

When will I get my refund?

After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 15 business days to your original payment method.
