Refund policy
At Ornascent, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Every order is carefully checked before dispatch, but in the rare event that your product arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or comes with missing parts, we are here to assist you with a smooth and hassle-free return or exchange process.
7-Day Return & Exchange Window
We offer a 7-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery under the following conditions:
- Unboxing Video is Mandatory – To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must provide a clear and unedited unboxing video showing the condition of the product at the time of opening the package.
- The item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange:
- Contact us at help@ornascent.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Share your order details, reason for return/exchange, and the unboxing video as proof.
- Our team will verify your request within 2 business days.
After Verification
- For Exchanges – We will arrange a pickup and replace your item with a fresh new product.
- For Returns – We will arrange a pickup, and upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 15 business days.
Important Notes
- Products without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Products damaged due to customer handling, use, or improper care are not eligible for return.
- Customised or personalised items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
